About the Owner

Owner

Takeo Shingu

After leaving Japan and visiting 13 countries around the world,
he arrived in Shodoshima in 2024.
He served as a chef at the Consulate-General of Japan in Milan,
and from November 2019,
he worked as a chef at the Consulate-General of Japan in Rio de Janeiro.
In 2021, he received a commendation from the Minister for Foreign Affairs.

    so reservations must be made at least one day in advance.
    We only offer course meals at 5,000 yen, 8,000 yen, and 12,000 yen.
